Algonquin Provincial Park is located in Central Ontario, Canada, about a three-hour drive north of Toronto. The Algonquin park offers more than 7,600 square kilometers (close to 3,000 sq. miles) of untouched forest with rocky hills and ridges, thousands of lakes, endless streams and rivers and a wide variety of wildlife. Hwy 60 runs through the southern part of the park offering gorgeous scenery from both sides of the road.
If you like an outdoor photography, this is one of the best places to go, especially in the Fall. If you lucky to be in Algonquin on one of the sunny days in the fall, I'm sure you will get a lot of great pictures. Autumn colors are at best from the middle of September to the late October.
